About this lodge
Welcome to Revive Ridge: Just what you need to grab respite and recharge. Newly opened in April 2021, this one floor lodge on 6 acres makes country living easy. This space is a one floor flat-entry lodge with 5 bedrooms. 3 king beds, 2 bunk bedrooms sleeping 4 each.
Revive Ridge sleeps 14 adults/children with 3 luxurious walk-in stone showers, gourmet kitchen, wifi, ping pong, foosball, hot tub, gas fire pit, outdoor fire pit, outdoor TV, propane grill, and custom dining table seating all 14 guests. You must be 25+ with proof of ID to rent Revive Ridge.
For adult-only stays, we are capped at a maximum of 10 guests; and all adults must be ages 25+.
PAYMENT DETAILS: Half of the lease total is due at your time of booking. 30 days prior to your stay, the remainder is processed using the card on file. If you book within the 30 day window, the total is due at your time of booking.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING: Closely check your email (including junk/spam folders) for the reservation request email with further details from: "[email protected]". We require additional information to confirm the stay.
3 King bedrooms (one with private en suite bathroom) and 2 bunk bedrooms (each with 4 beds). Revive Ridge will accommodate up to 14 total adults/children (with a maximum of 10 adults over age 25 for adult-only stays).
The open floor plan is well thought out. The fully stocked kitchen area and dining table space for all 14 guests are all open to the living room with gas log fireplace and entertainment. Walk out the sliding glass doors from the family room to outdoor living under the pavilion. Highlighted with a gas fireplace, picnic table, outdoor tv, and propane grill and flanked by the 6-8 person hot tub and a large stone fire pit under the stars.
Additional amenities include premium beds and bedding/linens/towels and a full-sized washer/dryer combo for guest usage.
Located on the Southern end of the Hocking Hills region about a 15 minute drive to Ash Cave & Cedar Falls and about 10 miles/20 minutes from both Lake Hope and Zaleski State Forest.

This is a very nice home that work great for our group of 6 adults and 8 children from ages 1-16Property is in a secluded area and not too far from many of the hocking hills hikes.The outdoor covered porch area was very nice to sit under in the late afternoon and evening hours. The kids had plenty to do thanks to the games available and the hot tub!

We had a great time during our stay. The accommodations were exactly as described and pictured. The house was clean, the hot tub was perfect, the space was large enough for us to enjoy eating together, playing games together, and just hanging out talking. Communication was fast and all our needs met.

12 people total, 4 kids and 8 adults visited Revive Ridge for a Thanksgiving / Christmas holiday gathering.
Listing was accurate and RR met our space needs. Just to reiterate some words of caution - Frantz Rd is a long one lane road that leads to the driveway of the property. The smell of the water is absolutely awful, it's true! But that seems to be common of the area. We picked up drinking water at the store. The odor is particularly strong when you run the hot water for showers.
There were a couple issues at check-in: The back door was wide open and the smoke detectors were chirping, but Jobie was responsive and willing to send maintenance out on a holiday; even offered to reimburse us for batteries when we said we could replace the batteries ourselves.
We absolutely loved the giant table, foosball and ping pong tables, games, and large assortment of DVDs. We were so busy with all of that, we didn't even get in the hot tub, although it was available.
Overall, Revive Ridge was what we wanted - a space large enough to accommodate us all comfortably and far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive to do activities.

This property is super well set up and thought out. What you see is what you get. Would definitely consider going back, but was unfortunate to lose power for 6 hours. There is no cell service available so unless you have WiFi, you’re a bit cut off. That made it really hard to connect with parties and/or to get information and contact the host.
