About this lodge
Welcome to Redwood Lodge, a spacious, owner operated log cabin designed for families, groups, and friends looking for the best of Hocking Hills lodging. Tucked among the trees, this property combines the privacy of a wooded retreat with modern comforts that make it easy to relax after a day of exploring Hocking Hills State Park, Old Man’s Cave, and nearby trails.
The moment you pull in the driveway you'll notice the breathtaking outdoor fireplace surrounded by over 1000 sq ft of covered deck space surrounded by trees.
The kitchen features everything needed to prepare a meal. Enjoy a dinner "at home" at the custom made dining table or breakfast bar. There is a gas grill out on the deck or ask us about catering options if you'd rather leave the cooking to someone else.
The main floor living room features sofas and love seats arranged around the 2 story stone wood burning fireplace and TV with DirecTV.
On the main floor is the master bedroom with queen bed and master bath. The master bath features a jetted jacuzzi tub, double vanity and walk in shower. The connected master bedroom has a sliding glass door out onto the deck.
Upstairs, there are 2 queen beds in the loft along with 2 of the bedrooms and a full bathroom. Off the 2nd floor there is a secluded covered porch with swing, a nice getaway.
The 2 remaining bedrooms are located in the basement. One queen bedroom and one bunk bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.
The basement has a game room with TV, shuffle board table, and foosball. There is a wall bar with stools, couches and love seats. From here you can walk out on to the bottom covered deck to take in all the natural beauty and a game of corn hole. There is a full size washer and dryer in the basement.
All towels and linens are provided.
We love the Hocking Hills and have hiked all the area trails and visited many of the attractions so feel free to ask for recommendations, we want you have an amazing vacation!

Very easy driving directions to an absolutely gorgeous and impressive three story getaway! Our blended family and friends were thrilled with the accommodations and plentiful bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed foosball and checkers and new favorite game indoor shuffleboard!! There were options of getting away from family and options to gather. We appreciated the very long country table for our Thanksgiving feast. The stocked kitchen with any utensil, pot or pan, and the staples for the bathroom and kitchen were very welcome and used. Thank you so much for making this Thanksgiving a trip to remember.

We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the large deck the most. We used the big fire pit as well as the hot tub. Those we great. It fit our family ranging from 9-82 very well. Thank you.
