Keittiössä pieniä puutteita: kauhat puuttuivat,käsitiskiaine puuttui. Paistinpannu voisi olla parempi. Suihkussa olisi hyvä olla lattialasta. Vessan pistorasia irtoamassa.

La casa, vicinissima al centro di Rovaniemi, è molto spaziosa, con letti comodi, sauna e cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario.
La pulizia generalmente ha lasciato a desiderare. Il patio esterno, il forno, la cappa della cucina e il pavimento della sauna erano molto sporchi.
Abbiamo trovato padelle non ben lavate che abbiamo dovuto pulire per bene prima dell'utilizzo.

Sehr gute Lage, geräumige Wohnung, Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für 10€/Tag dazuzubuchen. Sauna ist ein Highlight.
Die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen, insbesondere in der Küche war sehr vieles sehr dreckig. Außerdem waren einige Dinge in der Wohnung kaputt - fehlende Griffe am Badschrank, nicht funktionierende Rollos. Im zweiten Zimmer war es quasi nicht möglich, dieses wirklich zu verdunkeln.
Wie bereits in vielen anderen Bewertungen beschrieben: die Kommunikation vor Anreise ist sehr schnell und freundlich. Sobald man in der Wohnung ist, bekommt man keine Antwort mehr. Das ist sehr unzufriedenstellend.
