They take money out from you , and then you have to wait for while to get back to your account. First of all, I tried to book parking and they charged money, I had to wait for while for parking details, and secondly they send me wrong address for parking, i was spent 40 min on the phone with lady ( from customer service) but she was silent and couldn’t explain where is that parking is , because they send me absolutely wrong address ( hospital parking with gates , that you couldn’t go in ) and the roads there is one way , so I was going round and round looking where is that parking . Spent 40 min for nothing.. back home i have to call back and ask them to pay me back my money for parking.
Thirdly, in the property there is washing machine ( without any essentials) in the bathroom soup is only for few times to wash your hands , same in the kitchen.. with fairy dishes liquid. In my opinion if you charge that amount money , you have to provide full of sets of essentials products. As kitchen towels. Washing tablets or liquid, shampoo, shower gel.
