About this house rental
Renovated home is less than 10 minute walk to beach and two blocks to the Monarch Butterfly Grove. From the front deck you have a modest view of the ocean and often clearly hear the waves crashing on the beach...so soothing.

Close to beach, plenty of parking. Front porch lovely for morning coffee with a glimpse of the ocean. Porch has table seating for 4 and a bench. Propane BBQ.
Two bedrooms: one with a queen sized bed and the other with a full sized bed.
The open Floorplan allows conversation and fun to flow from the comfy couch and reclining love seat in the living room to the dining table and kitchen.
Laminate floors and ceiling fans throughout. Granite kitchen counters.
The bathroom includes a tub and shower.
There is a smart TV with in the living room, and DVD player. There are also smart TVs in each bedroom.

Guests have private access to the entire house, front deck and washer/dryer.

Very clean. Good-sized kitchen with helpful assortment of dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. We appreciate having a TV in each bedroom and in the living room, and having instant access to all channels & streaming options without the need for making new accounts or signing in. (TV that just works!). Great location. Responsive owners. Quiet neighborhood. Good parking. Checks all boxes.

This was our first family vacay since my treatment for breast cancer. My kids 19 and 11 completely enjoyed themselves... they played games that the house provided, we watched movies, and took walks to the beach.... it was very relaxing! It was like a 10 min drive to pismo pier. I woule definitely stay here again!
