A bright, modern beach house design with a complete kitchen, a private covered front patio, a shared hot tub and barbecue area, and a perfect location. Only 274 steps to the beach (close enough to hear the waves), 417 steps to a huge park for the kids, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A short bike ride and you are in Pismo, Grover beach or Arroyo Grande. A quick car ride will take you to Avila beach and Shell beach. Venture a little further with a 15-20 minute drive to San Luis Obispo SLO, Cayucos or Morro Bay.
This beautiful upstairs condo is within 100 yards of the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area, more commonly known as the Pismo sand dunes. An Unlimited Daily pass is provided to drive your vehicle onto the beach and to the dunes. Bring or rent an ATV for a thrilling day on the sand, watch the sunset from the Pismo Beach Pier three miles north, take a driving tour of the local wineries, or tee off at one of several golf courses (including Avila Beach, Blacklake, Cypress Ridge, Monarch Dunes, and Pismo Beach) within a 10-mile radius.
Whether you're a beach-goer or a thrill-seeker, you'll love coming home to this polished, comfortable living space. Log onto the free private Wi-Fi to stream music or share photos of your adventures, light the gas fireplace when the evening breezes move in, and settle in for a night of Netflix favorites on the wall-mounted 55” Smart TVs (Netflix and cable tv service is included). My first experience with VRBO and this property could not have gone smoother. The unit is exactly as it appears and the contact was very responsive to my inquiries. The layout of the unit allows for comfort and privacy because they have thought of literally everything. I look forward to returning again to this unit and exploring the many excursions of the area. We booked in mid-September(Sun-Sat) which I recommend to enjoy a peaceful week.
