Nestled in Villabassa, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment brings it all within your reach. Fans of nature and the outdoors will love being within a 5-minute walk of Val Pusteria and 4 minutes by car from Dolomites. Jump into your car and make short work of the 7-minute drive to Parco e Percorso Salute or the 6-minute drive to Pfarrkirche St. Margareth (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Great location near the Tre Cime hikes. The unit was nice and cool during the hot summer. Our kids loved the play area with trampoline and games.
Communication was a little difficult as host didn't respond to messages via VRBO app and all check in details in the unit were in German. We were unsure how to access some of the amenities that were listed on the VRBO site such as sauna and laundry. Our host washed clothes for us in the washer/dryer on our last evening. We also discovered that guests are to provide their own toilet paper, but the host was able to supply us for a bit until we could get to the store. When we could find the hosts they were very friendly and helpful with great suggestions. They even invited us to a lovely dinner at a rifugio, which was so cozy and delicious!
Our kids loved having their own bedroom and we enjoyed the nice seating area in the family room.
Note that nearby grocery stores close early around 7pm and many restaurants were closed during the hottest part of the day, noon to 3pm.
We would definitely recommend this place to stay in the beautiful Dolomites.
