About this apartment rental
Apartment located in the Residence Rododendro, Passo San Pellegrino, in the municipality of Moena (Tn), a step that connects Falcade (Bl) to Moena. It is at 1,918m above sea level, in a magnificent naturalistic context.
The apartment, with a view towards the Dolomites (World Heritage Site), is 55 square meters. and consists of entrance hall, bathroom with shower and bidet, living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, terrace; In the living room there is a double sofa bed, easily opened, which also allows you to leave the bed made, closing it.
It has a ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, TV, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, duvets and blankets, independent heating control, wi-fi.
The parking space is covered and is adjacent to a (closable) wine cellar, included in the price.
Electricity and heating consumptions are also included in the price. To be added to the rates shown on the site, and to be paid on the spot, 70 euros for the final cleaning and, 10 euros per person for the rental of bed linen and towels, so DO NOT bring your own.

Excursions:
in an hour on foot you can reach the Fuciade refuge with a splendid view; in just over an hour you reach the Selle refuge and from here the Taramelli refuge;
with longer excursions you can reach the Faler and Contrin refuges, at the foot of the south face of the Marmolada;
other nearby excursions can be made to the Valles Pass, the San Nicolò Valley, the magnificent Ciampedie and throughout the Val di Fassa or Fiemme.
In 10 minutes by car you can reach Moena, a lively and typical center of the Val di Fassa, full of nice shops, including local items. Moena is the heart of the Val di Fassa, a splendid valley surrounded by beautiful mountains and dotted with characteristic villages (Vigo, Pozza, Canazei which has a beautiful swimming pool, etc.).
From Canazei you can reach Marmolada, the queen of the Dolomites, accessible to the top by cable car.
Val di Fiemme is also very beautiful.
With the one-day excursion you can visit Cortina d'Ampezzo (the pearl of the Dolomites).
From the Belluno side you can reach the beautiful center of Falcade and the Agordina Valley in 15 minutes, with Monte Civetta (splendid view from the San Pellegrino Pass); at the foot of the Civetta is the Alleghe Lake.

Easy to find, easy to access, and the elevator helps moving with lots of luggage. The apartment is well equipped The bathroom has a hairdryer, first aid kit, washing machine The kitchen has several pots, pans, coffee maker, cooking utensils, spices. A full kitchen, not the usual low-budget apartment kitchen.The living room has board games and puzzles.The internet connection is stable and works well. The bedding is thick and warm, perfect for colder weather. We used electric heating, which quickly provided a comfortable temperature. I can't say anything negative about the accommodation. I would like to mention that I have never seen such cleanliness even in a hotel as we found here upon arrival. A few words about the area, which are objective facts, but did not bother us We were there in the last week of October, which is the off-season. There was no one else in the building besides us. All the neighboring hotels and lifts were closed. The nearest shopping opportunity is in Moena, so it is advisable to arrive with enough food. We never used the car, we organized all our trips from here.

It was a fantastic location for hiking and the apartment is small but fantastically equipped. We would definitely come back.

Ideal location for exploring. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Would be great if they add the linen charge to the price of the accommodation instead of having this as an extra cost but not being able to bring your own linen to opt out.

Nice location, very quiet (we came at the end of September and had a feeling we were the only ones there), in winter it must be nice due to ski lifts only a few steps away. However, in this season to get to a grocery store, cash machine, other nice places, you need to drive at least 10-20 minutes, or more, to get to something, depends on your preferences. The apartment itself was equiped with some old furniture, and the small bedroom is really dark as it does not have any windows. Upon arrival it was very cold and it took us some time to figure out heating. There is a lot of instructions for everything and it is a bit complicated to use electric appliances due to a risk of an elecric shortage. What was nice was a lot of toys for kids, and the balcony with a view into the forest and on the hills. The beds and the pillows were not too comfortable. At the end we had to leave extra 150 EUR in cash (80 EUR cleaning fee, 50 EUR linens, 20 EUR dog) which was not well advertised upfront. But Guido was very communicative and helpful upon our arrival and during our stay. Thanks for having us.
