Our Caravan offers the ultimate in luxury, with a fabulous decking area with sea views, perfect to unwind after a day enjoying the fantastic facilities at Rockley Park .
Every care has been taken to make your stay with us extra special. The accommodation comprises of a spacious interior, exquisite furnishings and an adjacent deck. On entering you can enjoy the sunny open plan lounge and diner and a fully equipped modern kitchen. A home from home, we provide all the mod cons including 2 TVs, a 40" in the lounge and a 22" inch in the master bedroom, and a Bluetooth speaker for all your holiday playlists.

You can learn a new skill at the Rockley Watersports centre, discover creepy crawlies on our Ham Common nature reserve, or simply enjoy the stunning views of Poole Harbour. You will also not be far from Poole town, Bournemouth and the award-winning Sandbanks Beach.

Lovely caravan in a beautiful spot with a view of the sea and a two minute walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a weeks stay. Unfortunately we just had a lack of communication with check in and check out as we didn't receive the welcome email so didn't know the keypad number to get in and ended up having to phone the owner in Dubai, as multiple messages went unanswered. So ended up waiting for an hour outside the caravan to access the keys.Then the cleaner turned up at 10am on check out day but the reservation details clearly say check out at 11am. Apart from that we had a lovely week at Rockley Park and would recommend staying in this caravan.

We stayed on this lovely park in September 22. The holiday home over looked the estuary and was a lovely view to wake up to. Plenty of picturesque places to visit with or without children. I would highly recommend this area for a lovely holiday break

Lovely caravan in a lovely location. Holiday unnecessarily interupted by uncertainty over whether or not the utilities would be cut off. Site man came to the door to say bills had not been paid and gas and electric would be cut off! We contacted the owner, as requested by the site office, but she was unhelpful and more concerned about telling us she lived abroad, that the site office knew how to contact her and we should stop emailing her. All we needed was an apology and an assurance that the matter would be dealt with, not unnecessary rudeness. We didn't hear back from the owner with the outcome of the situation and spent the next four days wondering if we would be plunged into darkness and have to cut short our holiday. Not a relaxing experience.
