Klein, alles Notwendige vorhanden, zentrale Lage , Vermieter engagiert und hilfsbereit
In Beschreibung nicht vorhanden, dass kleinstes Apartment keinen Parkplatz hat. Vor dem Haus war Müllplatz,Glas/Pappe/Kunststoff, sogar Sonntags Leerung. Lärm. Keine Lüftung in Bad und WC

Appartement de très belle taille et belle hauteur sous plafond avec place de parking. Bonne communication.
Quelques petites choses à revoir : La table basse est vraiment cheap et mal vissée. Il manque des poufs pour profiter à 6 du salon. Dommage que les distributeurs de savon liquide de cuisine et toilettes soient vides.

Situation géographique intéressante, au centre historique de Besançon. Appartement bien équipé et lumineux, conforme à la description.
Déjà signalé au gestionnaire / Romain (s'engage à corriger) : - Hall d'accès délabré et sale, les escaliers d'accès au 2éme étage sont sales et de plus jamais nettoyés ni même balayés en 4 jours de présence ?? - Certaines fenêtres sont maculées de moisissures et de toiles d'araignées ....
