Very spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a quiet and good location - about 15 minutes walk to the city centre (albeit hilly walk back). The garden was a lovely bonus.
Problems with access, key collection/fob and parking
We were given clear instructions for arrival including a code to pick up the keys. When we drove up to the entrance gate we couldn't access the property as the gate wouldn't open without a key fob. The pedestrian side gate also needed a key to access the property. We waited 20 minutes outside for a resident to let us in.
When we went to pick up the keys the code given didn't work. Luckily for us the cleaner was still there and she gave us a completely different code.
The keys included a key fob for the electronic gate, which gave you access to limited parking spaces. However, the key fob given was different to the one in the collection pictures and did not open the gate (no electronic buttons). The same kind resident said our key fob wouldn't work and let us in using her key fob, so luckily we were able to park. Exiting the carpark you didn't need the key fob and we were only there one night so didn't need frequent access. There is street parking a few streets away if needed.
The arrival should have been straight forward but ended up being frustrating and quite time consuming. I'm not sure what we would have done if a neighbour hadn't have helped us or the cleaner hadn't been there.

De ruimte van de woonkamer en de schone bedden. Heel fijn terras met een aangrenzend tuintje, ideaal voor als je met een hond reist!
Keuken had wat schoner kunnen zijn.

The size of the accommodation was good. There was a terrace but we did not use it. Location to the town centre was walkable. Secure parking available, once gate entry was mastered.
The apartment has the makings of being a great rental but it is in need of a major deep clean which I found disappointing. It seemed evident that it just gets a quick superficial spruce up between guests eg large dirty cobwebs on ceiling and fittings, old soap and dirty sponges not changed, mouldy disposable gloves, sticky rings on table.
Also there was no bath plug annoyingly or sink plug for washing up and more importantly no bread knife - an essential in France!
