La luminosité de l'appartement La position du logement à 10mn de l'hyper centre à pied. La qualité de la literie.
Les meubles de cuisines très "fragiles", dommage car l'électroménager est de qualité, ça nuit à la qualité perçue. Idem dans la salle de bain, colonne de douches sur le point de s'arracher du mur il en est de même pour la paroi de la baignoire... Un peu de remise en état rendrait cet appartement parfait !

Lorsqu’on passe le pas de la porte on est accueilli par une douce odeur agréable et la déco ainsi que l’espace sont chouettes.
On arrive dans une cour aux allures de déchèterie et l’escalier est extrêmement vétuste sans parler du manque de lumière. Malgré le chauffage nous avons eu froid la nuit et avons dû ajouter la couette rangé dans le canapé convertible pour pouvoir dormir. La salle de bain laisse à désirer entre la paroi de douche trop grande et le tiroir du haut du meuble qui reste constamment ouvert.
