This lovely bungalow has all the amenities a large home has, full bath, washer/dryer, stove/oven, and even a dish washer! Only minutes walk to Seacliff State Beach where you can swim, surf or watch for dolphins and the occasional whale go by. Brought my High School Basketball team down here for a Summer Tournament in Santa Cruz. From early inquiries up until check in Mary was always quick to respond to all of my questions. House was perfect for our team and the cottage in the back was ideal for my wife and I to stay. We spent the day at the Boardwalk and nights walking to the beach ending the evening at Marianne’s for ice cream!

Mary was amazing. Nice touch with the welcome bottle of rose. Location was perfect for our needs. Would have been nice to have a few more towels. Couldn’t get the fridge and hot water to work in the bungalow but otherwise it suited our needs just fine.
