Baker or golden hour illuminate Hope Island below, you'll be treated to a breathtaking scene from floor-to-ceiling windows and a deck that spans the length of the house.
The location of this home is something special, up among the treetops overlooking Skagit Bay and the Cascades beyond. It's only four miles to renowned Deception Pass State Park, full of gorgeous trails and serene swaths of shoreline. You'll be less than a mile from Ala Spit County Park, where you can explore the tidepools as you take a lovely stroll along the beach. The house is also conveniently situated between Anacortes to the north and downtown Oak Harbor to the south, and close to Naval Air Station Whidbey for visiting loved ones.
Within the home itself, you'll find an incredibly spacious interior that's all on one level. Greet each morning with a hot cup of coffee and an awe-inspiring view from the deck and through banks of windows all throughout the house.
Prepare delectable meals with your family in the kitchen, gather around the dining room table to feast in good company, and kick up your feet afterwards on comfortable furnishings in the sunken living area or the casual family room - all with majestic views. A desk with an internet connection is also available, perfect for getting some remote work in. There's something for everyone at this fantastic home!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent home for spending time with family. Clean and comfortable. Great view. Kitchen is small but capable of making good meals. Could use more kitchen utensils. Indoor fireplace in master bedroom was not working which would have been nice for the atmosphere. Outdoor fireplace on deck (as advertised) was not there. We were looking forward to that. Other than those issues, the home was great for a relaxing stay and to spend time with family.

Absolutely stunning views! Beautiful home! Comfortable beds! Clean and decorated with class. Saddened to learn that the firepit table pictured on the deck was not there, nor the Keurig machine. Unfortunately the fireplace in the bedroom/ensuite didn't work even after communicating with multiple management parties. I could operate it, but management deduced the pilot light truly was out, and only owners can light, who were out of town. So perhaps it will work on your future stay. Pleasant surprise: additional seating has been added to the TV room. Wish: it would useful to add a large baking dish like a casserole dish or 9x13 Pyrex to the kitchen items. There's a lot available, but this would be helpful for future guests.

House has a private backyard. Day 2 of our stay landscapers walked across the deck with no warning; all the master curtains were open. Luckily I was dressed. For the next three hours we had no privacy at any of the windows. Day 3 (today) they showed up again at 8:30 with blowers and a music speaker, I asked they turn it off. It seems like this could have been coordinated when there were no paying guests. The front door key pad didn’t work, no remote for the garage doors.
