About this cabin rental
Our fragrance free log cabin, nestled in the woods, makes you feel like you are in an awesome private mountain retreat. It sits, waiting for you, on a quiet cul-de- sac with no homes on either side.. As you walk in you are met with high cathedral ceilings throughout the main floor. To your right, your are greeted first with a large kitchen finished out with black granite countertops and all the amenities to make your stay easy and comfortable. A spacious open living area with a unique fireplace flows onto the wrap around deck. To the left of the entranceway you will find the master suite with a king size bed and spa tub for luxuriating in. Also on the main floor is a queen suite with its own bathroom & shower. The back sunroom is a great place to enjoy meals, or games while enjoying the private view.The wrap around open patio deck offers peaceful deer and bird watching , or fun with the family. Downstairs has three beds and its own bathroom with shower. And for more outdoor fun and watching the stars while toasting marshmallows you will find our outdoor fire pit complete with colorful chairs. With fall about to show her colors, this is a wonderful place to get away from it all and yet find all the needed amenities within a short drive.
Within our gated Village we have 11 lakes and 9 golf courses as well as a sand beach, marina, restaurants and numerous trails to explore We are also just 18 miles from Hot Springs and bath house row as well as Oak Lawn casino and horse racing.. In full disclosure, we have a doorbell camera to aid with our guests in checking :)
Our master bedroom suite features an exclusive private spa tub for your ultimate relaxation.

Our family of 5 packed up for a long road trip from michigan and this home was so perfect for us! My (almost) two year old son had lots of room to run in the open floorplan. The sun room/dining room was so nice for meals and family games. My teen girls loved having the lower level to themselves. Sound doesnt really travel in the house and they didny have to be worried about being quiet when the baby went to sleep and that was wonderful. The beds are comfortable , the house is spacious, the ceilings are gorgeous and really just make it feel so big. The home is private and surrounded by trees…beautiful. Hot springs Village is a beautiful place. We went a few times to Balboa lake beach and had a great time! Lots of cool rocks and the water was so warm. The beach wasnt packed, but there were a few families. People were so friendly. The golf courses are beautiful. Hot springs is very cool. The girls and i got whirlpool packages at buckstaff bath house and it was such a unique and relaxing experience. Our trip was awesome. All had an excellent time. Girls can’t wait to come back. Thanks again for having us!

The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, and the property was exactly what we needed — truly scent-free. My wife has hyperosmia (a heightened sense of smell) and severe sensitivity to common products like Glade plug-ins, scented laundry detergents, dryer sheets, and chemical cleaners. On top of that, she’s allergic to Bronopol, which is often found in products like Lysol.Because of this, it’s extremely difficult for us to find places she can tolerate, let alone enjoy. But this home was different. It had zero artificial scents and was cleaned only with natural products. For the first time in a long while, she was able to fully relax and sleep soundly in a place that wasn’t our own home.We are so grateful for this beautiful, accommodating space and hope to return again soon.
