Beautiful house with a short walk to the beach. It accommodated our large family of 15 with plenty of beds/rooms and seating for dinning. There were a few things that could be improved like several lightbulbs were burnt out or just didn’t work. No basic kitchen necessities like salt/pepper or cooking spray. Same with toiletries, there was just one roll per bathroom and one roll of paper towels so you had to buy your own things. The dishwasher wasn’t draining properly so we had to hand wash everything. Lastly, there were a few small spots that we noticed where the floor was caving in. Small things but overall a very nice place and we had a great time!

Let me start with the positive: the house is large enough for a group of family and friends. The beds and linens were acceptable for a short stay. The kitchen is nice and well stocked with all the basic things you will need for cooking. The living space is large and comfortable. Now the rough part: the decking needs extensive repair. Nails and screws popping out everywhere and the stairs need to be secured better. There is some general wear and tear that at one time may have been okay but is more noticeable. Paint peeling, ceiling peeling, wood rot around windows. The door handle came off day one of our stay and it took 24 hours for someone to show to fix (no toolkit on-site).When we showed up at 4 for our check-in, the trash cans were completely full from prior guests. We were told a haul away was scheduled but no one ever showed our entire 3 days. So, we had to find alternative to dispose of our trash for entire trip. Certainly not ideal. FYI, Monday is island trash pick up day.The keyless pad to basement was difficult to manage. There was not a propane grill as stated in amenities on the property reservation list. It is a charcoal grill and very old and rusty. The tables in the living space are wobbly and need some love.
