About this villa rental
Walk into this mid-century modern villa featuring tropical resort like vibes. This villa is perfect for families with children and mature adults that want to getaway from the city. All 3 bedrooms have built in closets and drawers (2 Bedrooms with Queen size beds, 3rd Bedroom is an office / twin bed). Plenty of natural light with accent and recess lighting.
Slow down and enjoy palm trees, ocean breezes with amazing indoor and outdoor living spaces. Front living room features 55" Smart TV and modern slender couch. The oversize back entertainment space features a large open concept kitchen, dining room and living room with 85” Smart TV. Open up the oversize bifold door and the west facing sun with beautiful amenities; outdoor fire pit, pool, jacuzzi, workout area, BBQ and plenty of lounging space
Plenty of restaurants by marina and 2nd Street Belmont Shores. Close to Trader Joes, Wholefoods and Target. Great and fast access to freeways and just 25min to Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland.
We are also open to longer stays, please inquire with your dates. Thank you!

Please enjoy our amenities but we want to make it crystal clear for our future guests to follow:
. Keep your volume respectful (day AND night) to our neighbors and honor the absolute outdoor quiet time from 8pm-7am.
. No outdoor gatherings from 8pm. Please close the patio doors and keep your entertainment inside after 9pm.
. 6 max total guests at ALL times. No In and out visits outside of the reservation.
. NO Pool and NO Jacuzzi use after 8pm.
We utilize the "Minut Smart Home" which has the feature of measuring decibels levels at the villa. If your noise level exceed our levels (shouting, loud music, etc) you will get a warning via text/call. If the noise continues for sufficient time after the warning, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If guests tamper with the hardware you will be asked to leave immediately.
This is a place to relax. If you happen to be outside after 8pm, keep the volume exceptionally low, just like you would in a library or yoga retreat.

Great property. Our family had a great time relaxing and celebrating Easter weekend. House is in Good area and very comfortable. Liam was great to work with. I would rent again. I would suggest maybe a few more water glasses. Thank you

One of my favorite rentals I have ever stayed in! The space was beautiful, bright, and cozy and the neighborhood felt so peaceful and adorable. The backyard was lovely with the pool, jacuzzi, and firepit. The host was amazing and responsive. My only complaint is I wish there was a washer and dryer accessible to guests. Staying there a whole week, it was definitely needed! Thank you so much!
