Endless ocean views, mesmerizing sunsets and romantic evening lights are what some of our guests have commented on after their stay.
The property has 6 large bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms, two additional guest bathrooms, a billiard room with pool table, two family rooms, formal dining room, three fireplaces, casual breakfast nook overlooking the ocean and reading area, along with a gourmet kitchen that will take your breath away. There is a working elevator that services all three floors and depending on the size of your vehicle, the garage can accommodate up to three to six vehicles.
The large home is comfortable and technology advanced to keep you warm at night and cool during the summer months, along with automated lighting and high definition TV’s, stereo/Pandora/Spotify/iTunes in each of the bedrooms and throughout the entire property along with an advanced exterior video security system.

This home had everything we had hoped for, an incredible view of the ocean, beach front for easy access to the water, safe and quiet neighborhood, well decorated interior throughout the home and so much more. We had hired a photographer to do pictures for my son’s 40 th birthday and military retirement, she had us pose on the beautiful staircase in the home and the pictures came out perfect. We hope to rebook again soon!

The house location and structure are amazing, but for the "high end" renter, you will be disappointed: First, the beach is filthy with litter (not owner's fault) and has so much trash, including a dead cat and dead pelican wrapped up in the trash, that we never really used the beach in front of the home, but went to other, cleaner beaches.
Second, the house needs a lot of attention: One bedroom ensuite shower did not work at all, and we were never advised of this before renting and staying, including upon the checkin. Many broken granite counter tops, compactor doesn't work, the ice machine in the island wasn't working, and the BBQ was cheap and difficult to cook on.
The front door would not open from the outside and we were not given the garage code. Used the garage remotes. The pool table had only one question with a tip, out of four ques. Kitchen utensils are inadequate and cheap. There was not one knife capable of cutting a steak.These little things all added up. If I paid 300-400 per nt, I would be fine, but shelling out big bucks (for me) I expected "big buck" delivery.
Their son was a delightful young man, but literally spent 5 minutes with us. We never figured out how to use the in-home stereo system, and could have been better informed about the issues above, rather than figuring them out on our own.
We had a great time, but won't be back....
