It would be great if it had restaurant or shop or bar, but I think they are working on that

The view to the sea was outstanding! Silent place, away from the main road. Room was very clean and regularly cleaned. Wifi was good. Everybody spoke English. 8-10 min walking distance to Afytos centre, but you avoid the noise and parking problems ;-)
Georgios is an excellent host that helped us with many recommendations!
Keep in mind that there is no breakfast at the hotel and there is no kitchenette. You eat outside.
Make sure to not turn off the provided anti-mosquito evaporator - you will regret it ;-)

The pool has an amazing view and is absolutely the best aspect of the hotel. The room was clean and the manager George is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The rooms are very simple/basic for the price - there are plenty of other hotels in Afytos in the same price range with more space, and better furniture, decoration, and room furnishings. The shower, the clothes shelf, the refrigerator, the lighting etc. all felt rather cheap, and in some cases in need of repair. If not for the pool, the hotel would not be worth the price.

They cleaned everyday and at each 2 days they were changing the towels and bed sheets.
Bathroom(accessories were not properly naild, shower gel support stored near the toilet, on the ground and the floor not so clean)
The location far from the beach-access only by car
The location it looks unfinished and already with problems
