Very friendly staff, great breakfast, overall very clean and calm place ideal for family vacation

The location of the hotel is a bit too far from the centre and nearest supermarket, when it is hot that can be an issue. To reach out to the beach it is necessary to cross the main magistral road, and with small child that is not always easy.

When booking the hotel, the photos of the room on Booking were different. Upon arrival, we had an unpleasant experience… We arrived around 3:00 pm and our room was not ready, so we were asked to wait a little. After a short wait, we were told that our room was occupied and we would be given another one instead, but as compensation we received a dinner discount. The next morning, they moved us into what was supposed to be our original room, but it was definitely not the same room shown in the photos when we booked! Also, the pool was only open until 6:00 pm.

The breakfast had a good variaty of food. There was a "Greek night" which was fun (for a fee ofc). They were doing the bed sheets daily and the towels every 2 days.

I rented a bungalow with 2 rooms: 1 room was alright, with opening to the small terrace but the other room was dark, with a small window that was somewhere up in a corner (like in a prison) and in the mornings you couldn't tell if its morning or if its still dark outside. The cleaness wasn't the greatest, the bathroom had rust and limescale in the shower and taps and alot of spider web at the bathroom window. The pools were poor, the paint was pealing off from them at the bottom. For the morning breakfast, there were 2 coffee machines and 2 juice machines: only one of each was working, so was a queue for coffee and juice in the mornings. In the last day, before leaving in the morning, the 2nd coffee machine broke and I needed to pay 4 euro for a coffee from the bar. Its not close to the beach, you need to walk 10 min and its not close to town center, around 20 min of walk. The sink drain wasn't working and I had to remove the cover and the hair dryer was broken. They replaced it with another one after I reported it to the office. We wanted to cancel the day we arrived and find another place, but the money we paid were non-refundable so we got stuck there.
