The attention to detail and the welcome hamper. A true home from home!
Nothing I didnt like - just some suggestions.
-Simple instructions for the kitchen appliances would have been useful if we'd wanted to use them. And we might have needed a bigger saucepan if we'd had a full complement of people with us.

From booking to arriving, Michelle made sure all was perfect, we needed some R&R for hubby's birthday took our dog with us, we were all well and truly relaxed at "Shells" can't fault anything at all,we were even greeted by a fabulous hamper, very thoughtful and most appreciated, thank you x we will definitely be back asap, 😀
