In the heart of the 15th arrondissement, this beautiful 55 m² loft has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay in Paris.
It can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a group of friends.
The access is done in an autonomous way.

Located on the garden level of a secured residence, the accommodation includes :
- a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a double bed ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a dining area ;
- and a relaxation area with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate :
- its brightness ;
- its tastefully decorated living room (the mezzanine overhanging the relaxation space with a superb height under ceiling which makes it original) and redone (with modern materials, so that you benefit from an optimal comfort and that you appreciate your Parisian stay);
- its location, you will be able to walk in a hyper shopping district.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: TV, Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron, Fiber wifi.
The studio is located near the subway station "Convention" (line 12.).
You will find a supermarket "Franprix" at 7 minutes on foot for your small daily purchases.
Sites of interest close to the apartment :
- Georges Brassens Park (4 minutes on foot);
- the Parc des expositions Porte de Versailles (15 minutes away);
- the Champ de Mars (37 minutes by bus); and many others...

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

Line 12: Convention Station: 9 minute walk.
- Bus :
Line 89: Morillons - Danzig station: 3 minutes on foot.
- From Orly South Airport: 40 minutes by bus.
- From the Montparnasse train station: 22 minutes by subway.
