About this villa rental
One of the most stunning villas in the Bay Area. A grand estate is centered on a magnificent garden, a private lake, and a large koi fish pond with award-winning Japanese koi fish. The estate is a paradise in its own right. Inviting lake views and expansive gardens surround the house, which has 6 bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms, plus a great room with a panoramic view of the luxurious garden and lake view in the backyard. The estate is spread out over 3.5 acres of flat land.
Our pool can be heated upon request. There will be an extra charge for heating the pool. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance prior to arrival if you would like to have a heated pool.
Also please note that the guest house is on the east side of the property, far away from the pool. Each house has its own private gate and driveway to get to the house.

This house was exactly what we needed for our family. We all wanted to stay together and it was the perfect size for our group of ten. Thank you for hosting us. We enjoyed our quality family time together. The gardens are incredible!!

This property has a very large picturesque backyard with a heated pool, garden, and a pond. There is a BBQ grill that we were able to use. The kitchen is spacious. The amenities are great and elevated our stay!
There is one small thing that could be improved: the indoor carpet has lots of stains and looks a little dirty. However, this did not bother us much.
Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this place for groups.

Older beautiful property and scenic grounds.
The house is large and long with wonderful views of the extensive grounds.
Very good kitchen, bedrooms, tv rooms, several outdoor places to sit/eat.

The house is situated on a beautiful lot with a very nice pool. The grounds are like a Monet painting and a very special treat to experience. The home is large and spacious.
However, during our stay we encountered several issues related to insufficiency of seating in the house and around the pool, kitchenware, bbq propane and beach towels. The property manager said that they would rectify.
