The photos do not do justice to how amazing the place was. I had a gathering for my 30th Birthday. Like any person hosting their place, you need to respect the rules. I suggest you have your guests carpool as much as possible. This is also not the place to be obnoxiously loud. The owner allowed me to stream music from the TV and showed me how loud it can be (which was pretty loud) and I didn't have to go that high. All loud noise had to be cut off at 10pm and were still able to talk/chat at an appropriate level.
I was able to stream all my favorite music videos, use the amazing lighting system, the kitchen and still have an amazing party that did not have to carry over late into the night.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE (except ones that can't follow the rules responsibly)
