## Logement
Located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator of a small residence, it offers all the necessary comfort and includes a spacious living room composed of a sleeping area with a double bed, a relaxation area with a convertible sofa, a removable work space with a large table and a chest of drawers, a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to prepare your meals (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, etc.) and a functional bathroom with toilet and well isolated from the living space.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Electric shutters, Hair dryer, Storage space, Shampoo/shower gel/soap kit per person, Iron.
Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fees, but can be provided at extra cost.
The heating and towel-warmer are linked to district heating and therefore operational from November til April.
One of the assets of the studio is its location. It is in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the bicycle path and the nautical equipment rental stores.
There are parking lots in front of the residence, however not reserved. If full, other public parking possibilities nearby.
There is no keybox available for this apartment, arrivals are allowed up to 10pm.
After 10pm and whatever the reason is, no key handover will be possible.

Located in the heart of the quiet Albigny district, you are in close proximity to the lake as well as to the shops and restaurants of this very popular area. Annecy's emblematic old town is less than 2 km away and walking along the lake is a pure pleasure.

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Great location close to the lake with lovely balcony with nice view. Parking available on site and close to some great restaurants too. The issue was on check in as we were a little late and the host wasn’t there, The communications at that point were not good as we don’t have French language skills and it took alot of time to get instruction to get the keys, which didn’t start the stay off to a good start
