Conveniently close to parks, restaurants, shops, and the beach (less than two miles away), this classic, single-level home is ready to welcome you and yours to Newport Beach! Built in 1928, and offering over 1,300 square feet of pristine living space, this darling home boasts a well-equipped full kitchen with updated, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and counter seating, and a dining table with space for guests - ideal for mealtimes or family game nights. Take refuge in the sunlit living area with a large sectional sofa and a wall-mounted TV for streaming your favorite channels. This home also includes a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and a desk and chair in the kid-friendly bunkroom that's perfect for laptops for remote work or schooling.
This one property offers three separate vacation rentals, all of which may be rented separately or together as Sunshine Fun Time to accommodate up to 16 guests.

This home is very cozy. The spacious kitchen and all the seating was great. Thank you for having bodywash and shampoo in the showers.
We enjoyed our time in Newport Beach and Blue Skies home.

Great location. Beautiful walks with the dog and love the large park overlooking at the sea. 5 minutes away from the beach. We had beautiful Neighbords.

Check was simple.
Arrived and bed sheets were dirty. Had dog hair and lint dirt stuff on all of them.
New sheets were delivered the next day.
Neighbor said she did not want to hear. a dog all day and we had to shut our windows. Our dog had not barked at all.
Next day neighbor said her daughter was sick, and we brought her a Starbucks gift card so she could buy her a tea.
Next day we arrived later at night and the truck was running as we unloaded the kids rom the car since it was cold. The neighbor came over again and said we were making too much noise with the truck running and yelled at us.
Overall nice place they gave us clean bedding, next door neighbor did not like having us.
