The nearest beach is only 10 minutes away and it’s 5 minutes away from a major mall; South Coast Plaza which offers both casual and upscale dining options. There is also the Segerstrom Center presenting an array of the finest in performing arts just a few minutes away.

Good property and comfortable stay. The pool was great and, going in August, we didn’t need to heat it … the water temperature was perfect.
Host Jenny is very responsive and attentive. If we needed anything or had questions she responded right away.
It was close to everything we wanted (Disney, Huntington Beach, LA etc). The area itself was quiet but pleasant. If you went north east though the area started to get a little less desirable. It would be helpful for the host to list walkable/run-able areas because, as tourists, some areas seemed unsafe. We figured it out and had several enjoyable runs in the area.
I missed the part in the listing about there being a tenant in an attached apartment. It threw me off at first and I was disappointed that for the price I was paying there was another renter, however, it was a total non-issue. The backyard is completely for the VRBO renter and I never saw the other tenant so he/she was very respectful of the rules of the tenancy.

Not impressed with the pool and hot tub. We thought it was included in the price. Come to find out i will be billed later for the act cost. Beware using Vrbo
