Fabulous central Brighton flat available and suitable for short lets or extended stays and a flexible owner offering bargain stays (last minute - I do NOT take rentals more than a month ahead). I do not take nightly rentals and am seeking rentals of 1 to 3 months ideally ...
The flat comprises
- 3 Bedrooms - all of them are generous large double sized rooms with plenty of sliding wardrobe storage in each plus desks;
- 2 full Bathrooms - one with ensuite shower and the other with bath and shower over;
- Impressive double doors leading to a spacious modern Kitchen with all the main appliancesl
- an open-plan Dining room with seating for 6 persons;
- Living Room with 2x 3-seater sofas;
- A balcony with sea views
So centrally located you can easily walk to everything, and mostly within minutes!
No car needed.
Brighton Station is just 12 minutes walk up the road.
The Seafront promenade and the Beach is just 2 minutes down the road
The main Churchill Square Shopping Centre is just 2 minutes opposite the flat
This is a no frills discounted apartment for renters bringing their own bedding sets, towels and toiletries (enabling me to keep the price rock bottom). If you wish to pre-book ahead and discuss costs for including bedding and extras, please give full details of group size and requirements upfront so I can confirm if it will be possible or not.
Broadband is currently available for several months until end of contract. Can be reactivated immediately by Hyperoptic if you wish to extend your stay past any contract end date.
