I could go the full Spinal Tap on this and score our stay at 11. The room was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. The large bed very comfortable and having a pool table and dartboard in the bedroom was huge fun, why don't other places do this ?:-).
There was also a very large TV, which I am sure would have been good too - but who needs a TV when you can play pool without lining the 50ps up!
Ian, our host was friendly, kind, very informative and made a very decent breakfast.

Just about everything.
The room and en-suite were immaculate. The bed was well comfortable and breakfast was, without doubt superb and plentiful. Got to chat to other guests over breakfast they too were very pleased with the accommodation. In the room were the usual Tea & Coffee facilities topped up daily, TV and a good stable WiFi connection.
Location is really good with easy access to the City Center and other attractions. It's also near but not too near the A27 for getting out and about the area. Our host Ian recommended a local pub (The Bull's Head, Fishbourne) for a meal where we had a very pleasant evening meal out. The food was excellent and the staff were sociable and efficient.
It is very likely we will go to Chichester again, if we do this is where my wife and I will look to book first.
Great place and excellent value for money.

Wonderful B&B.
Lovely clean room with a very comfy bed. En-suite was immaculate.
