Santarosa Five Senses

Espacios muy grandes para estar a gusto 7 personas., con mesa grande y todo lo necesario (vajilla, cubiertos, vasos, etc), con lavavajillas, lavar ropas, horno, microondas, cafetera.

Quizás en la habitación de arriba de todo hacia un poco de calor y el techo es un poco bajo, pero es lo que le da cierto encanto. Aparte había aire acondicionado.

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado a 18 minutos andando del Duomo. A la casa no le falta ningún detalle. Mauricio nos recibió y nos lo explicó todo, para movernos por Florencia y visitarlo por completo.

Viajaba con un niño de 20 meses y la casa tiene muchas escaleras había que tener cuidado. A la segunda noche nos dimos cuenta que de la habitación de la guardilla, caían arañas rojas de las vigas sobre la cama. Se lo comentamos a Antonella y nos comentó que no hacen daño que es normal en primavera, pero no es como dormir con arañitas por la cama. Tuvimos que cambiar de cama. Por lo demás un 10.

1. The place is spacious, even though the top floor has very low ceiling, thus making it uncomfortable and only suitable for small children. 2. The appartment is within 15 mins walking distance to the city center, which makes it convenient. 3. There is plenty of free parking on the street outside. 4. The kitchen was fully equiped. 5. It is quiet, provided that nearby neighbours are not shouting to each other. The framing is old allows external noises to pass inside. 6. The wi-fi was reliable and fast. 7. There were some free coffee capsules. 8. There are some big supermarkets at walking distance.

1. I had to pay an extra 50 Euros for "late check-in". Something that could have been avoided by a safe box as it happened in many other stays I had in Italy. I take this charge as "hidden cost". 2. I think that the place is very overrated considering that its obsolescence. 3. The apartment does not correspond to the pictures. The photos correspond to a much earlier period and should be updated. They create wrong expectations. 4. We have paid 155 EUR for cleaning services and the land owner required us to get rid of the garbage and not leave dirty dishes, something that does not make sense. 5. We received no instructions how to dispose the garbage and we had to guess them.
