This beautiful detached villa is located near the new saturday market square of Dalyan town. Located in a quiet/peaceful area and only 10 minutes walking distance to bars and restaurants. Nearest super market is only 5 minutes walking distance.
The villa comprising 4 bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom and a shared bathroom is on the ground floor which is good for disable people to use; 1 king size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 double bedroom with a shared bathroom are on the first floor. 8 people can sleep in beds, suitable for large families. Cot and high chair is provided. The villa is fully air-conditioned and in the kitchen area water cooler is available. The villa has a fully fitted and well equipped open-plan kitchen on the ground floor and lounge with TV.
It is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden with a variety of interesting plants and fruit trees. There is a very large size private swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. There is also dining table in the terrace area for eating, drinking and sitting and outside BBQ/Grill is available by the pool side. The villa has UNLIMITED WI-FI Internet Access.
P.S: We would require breakage deposit 300 GBP cash at the check-in. We will refund this money after we check the villa and if no big damage at check-out time!
Please do not forget that we have airport transfer service directly to villa, car rentals and organise boat trips and other safari tours etc. and currancy exchange service with same as post office rates!! Please ask for it!

Lovely villa in a quiet location. About 20 minutes walk into the main town. Villa has a fabulous pool with sunbeds and parasols. Plenty of upstair space and extra bathroom is welcome.
