The accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. The view from each balcony was amazing. The property felt safe and the owners who live next door were very welcoming but not intrusive, we had some fresh figs from the garden which were divine. The pool is beautiful and it was very much exclusively used by us, only one apartment was rented out. The only negative is the access to the property it is very tight and you need a small car to access it.

The host Giovanni and Joelle are very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is part of the host own house, but has a separate entrance and your own private parking area. The apartment has a balcony and a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. I thought that there were more apartments being rented out - but it is only one - this gives you a lot privacy and the fantastic and large pool area becomes your private space. The area is quiet and very safe. The car is locked behind a gate and it all feels very safe and secure. The apartment is spacious and gives 4 people freedom to relax in our outside without disturbing anybody - true relaxation. Giovanni and Joelle - the host are very helpful and leave you to enjoy a wonderful time in Ospedaletti. I can only highly recommend this apartment: Fantastic hosts Fantastic view Great pool area Safe surroundings Clean and welcoming. Wonderful family holiday with excellent hosts! Gianni and Joelle made us feel very welcome when we arrived & went the extra mile giving the children ride on scooters to play with. The views are amazing. The apartment has everything you could need and they gave us a high chair and cot.The pool is salt water so despite being in it every day our skin felt great. Thank you we had a great time and couldn't recommend your place enough!!

We spent one week in this nice apartment in the Liguria coast. The apartment is one side of a large one-family house, where the landlords live, and extends to two floors (upper floor, bedrooms and bathroom; lower floor, living room and entrance). It has an independent entrance and a very nice view to the Mediterranean sea. The house has a large pool (with salt water, no chlorine!), a beautiful mediterranean garden and children play area. The landlords are excellent hosts, ready to help in any matter, and made our stay remarkable. We enjoyed the delicious vegetables from the landlord's orchard at no cost! Thank you Gianni for you excellent tomatos! The coast is a couple of kilometers away. The nearest beach (Ospedaletti) has no sand (small stones), but this is no problem. The area is quiet and the coastline is beautiful. Nizza, Menton or Monaco are also easily reached. We can only thank Joelle, Gianni and Lorenzo for their hospitality and the nice week spent in Italy!
