Great location and good sized flat with balcony directly looking onto the Med.

For 2 days it was great but then a frequent electric bleeping started. It was continuous day and night. Contacted the manager of flat who suggested I stood on chair and removed smoke alarm batteries. The noise was clearly coming from balcony area. Property manager eventually arrived and said problem was outside our flat, he would try knocking on neighbours. Returned to try to persuade us the noise was from lift😂! Six hours later he returned and found source on balcony. Asked for late check out in recompense, was told no. Next morning is check out. Asked to take trash to garage level. My son and I search garage level, no sign of bins. Immediately we returned to flat received WhatsApp with a finger pointing to a door we should’ve used. Take trash down in lift, find door, dump trash in bin. As we return to lift the manager confronts me wagging finger and beckoning us to return to trash area cos we had put rubbish in wrong bin. So six plus hours to sort our very intrusive issues and 2x 30 secs to tell us off about trash. So flat is great if you have need to contact the building’s manager who is rude and arrogant!
