About this cottage rental
Hare Cottage is situated on a quiet country lane in the semi rural village of North Tuddenham. Best of both worlds with the peace and tranquillity of being in the countryside but within close proximity to Dereham town, the North Norfolk Coast and the historical and vibrant city of Norwich.
Outside the property offers a large driveway for off road parking, front patio area with table and chairs and large lawned rear garden which is fully enclosed and safe to let your dogs explore.
The large private hot tub is accessed from the rear garden and is in an enclosed area.
The tub seats 4 and has a range of jets and mood lighting.
The entrance door to the cottage leads into a handy utility area ideal for washing off muddy paws.
The kitchen is well equipped and features a dishwasher, electric oven and full size fridge/freezer.
The cosy living area features a smart TV with Netflix included, DVD player and a number of throws and blankets.
On the ground floor there is a walk in wet room and lobby leading to the stairs.
On the first floor there is a landing area leading to the bathroom and large bedroom with king size bed, field views and fitted wardrobe.
The cottage, gardens and hot tub are solely for the use of Hare Cottage and the property offers complete privacy.
All bedding and towels are provided and there is a supply of tea, coffee and soaps.
If you don’t fancy cooking there is a pub/restaurant called The Lodge in the village which is within walking distance and does a great Sunday roast!
There is also a range of takeaways that deliver including Domino’s pizza.
Dogs are welcome and we include a doggy pack which contains poo bags, balls, flashing collar light, treats and towels.
Norfolk really is the place to come if you want to explore with your four legged family members and we’ve put some recommendations on walks in the welcome pack.

Lovely cottage. The cottage was very clean and had all amenities needed. Welcome hamper for both adults and dog was a lovely touch. Hot tub was fantastic. Location was great only a 10 min walk to local pub and various dog walks. Would definitely recommend. We had dinner in local pub ‘The Lodge’ which was very good.

Our visit was perfect. The cottage was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully filled with everything one might need when on a short break for both ourselves and our dogs! Games, books to read, Netflix, a well equipped kitchen. Loved the jacuzzi, although we only managed to get in once and our dogs loved sniffing around the large garden. Loved the welcome pack and card. Our hosts were very helpful, particularly by keeping in touch before we arrived, always responding to messages promptly. Altogether an excellent break!
