We found the property from the directions. Nice and close to the train station. Loved the balcony. Really lovely room. Great breakfast.

For what we paid, it was value for money. Simple and basic room. From the negative reviews I read, I was abit hesitant at first but thought it was only for a night and it turned out not as bad.
Blanket was very thin and we stayed there in month of March which was still very cold. We were given the 1st floor rooms and very glad as we were travelling with quite large luggages.

Excellently placed in the very centre of Zermatt. Very comfortable beds, clean and well presented throughout. Staff we’re lovely and breakfast was very good although modest. Ideal ‘base camp’ for skiers and folks who will be out all day.
Rooms are very very small. Barely room to walk around the bed. Bathroom even smaller if you’re on the larger side you will genuinely struggle with the bathroom especially the shower. The entire property requires steps to accesses so not great with heavy cases and impossible for wheelchair users.
