This was a lovely hotel with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. The room was spotless and the staff were very accommodating.

This family run business keeps the rooms spotless. All common areas are clean. Breakfast is average (we dont expect gourmet breakfast in Zermatt anyway). Ski room for equipment and boot warmers. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The owner is super nice and helpful. The hotel is 7 minutes walk from the lift on a hill - ok to walk with snowboards and skis. Redline (free electric) bus stops very close to the hotel.
