The room was beautiful. Neutral designs. I went there to destress and I came back destressed. The shower room was excellent (although the top shower needs to be descaled). There were good utensils for cooking as well as enough plates, washing up liquid. This was beyond my expectation and such good value for money.
The only criticism is that I feel that they could have chased me about completing the check in information required before I arrived. This information was required before I could be given the keys and I didn't realise because I didn't see this information in the email, because the email was quite long. So I arrived without completing the check in information and I was left standing for one hour before anyone gave me the keys. Luckily I was able to complete it on my phone, but this was the only disappointing aspect.

The location was very central with busy roads nearby but it was, surprisingly, very quiet. The flat was compact but light and airy. It had pretty much everything we needed.
A few instructions on how to work the cooker, the whereabouts of the refuse facilities and AN OVEN GLOVE would have been very useful. There was no help on where we could park (the nearest supermarket has extended paid parking).
The toilet brush and pedal bin were both broken on our arrival.

The flat was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen/living area and bedroom were spacious. Everything was new and in good condition.
The kitchen was not well stocked — I had to buy several basic items in order to cook. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and I ended up purchasing my own. Communication with the host was poor; I sent questions by email and phone and never received a response.
Also, I would not recommend using the grocery shopping service offered by the host. I paid for several items that I never received and have no confirmation if I was refunded.
