Location, facilities all good, it was very good value for moneyto have the spa included in our stay.
Nice room and bathroom, good tea making facilities.
Room was so far from reception, a long walk!
The pool and jacuzzi were both too warm.

The room was quiet and had everything we needed. The bed gave us both good nights of sleep. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a lovely visit.
Unfortunately we kept getting emails the day before our arrival regarding paying for our stay prior to our arrival. I messaged the hotel via Booking.com and they assured me that I could pay on arrival, as I had booked originally. I explained on arrival about the constant emails, and was informed that it was the policiy of the hotel's parent company, and that I should include this in my review. There were no other issues at all with staying at this hotel.

Friendly and cheap stay
The swimming pool was filthy it had what seemed to be someone’s hair piece or wig in it, which was in big clumps in the pool-I reported it but it was still there when I went back an hour later
