Breakfast is not included but the welcome hamper from the farm makes a sufficient simple breakfast and is very much appreciated .

The getaway farmhouse was just lovely. Two wonderful wood burning fireplaces, wonderfully equipped kitchen, dog friendly, beautiful walks out your doorstep, pub within short walk, Fishbourne and Ryde walks accessible
and peace, quiet and beautiful scenery made this long weekend spot on the top of our list. The Abbey is right up they way with a wonderful little cafe and farm shop. Ideal place for a couple or small family. One bathroom upstairs, in one of the bedrooms, so would need to be shared or go downstairs to second bathroom. Water pressure for showering was amazing.
