The location is very good, at Rialto area. Staff is very friendly, the apartment is well equipped and well maintained, and very cozy. The apartment has the central heating. The only negative factor is mosquitos at night.

Everything is great except a little hard to find it. Private access to the canal for water taxi is a bonus. Also, a free upgrade to a 3 bedrooms from 2 bedrooms apartment is awesome. The staffs are very helpful as well.

Really nice place. Close to boat transportation and all other places big apartment fit all of us 6. Only thing sofa bed in livingroom should have a thicker more comfortable mattress .
