This place is not a hotel it is a number of rooms scattered around the area in other buildings. If you have trouble climbing stairs or dragging your suitcase across the cobblestones or even navigating trying to find your room, you're going to have trouble. The staff is unhelpful and if you're trying to reach them by phone, forget it.

Unfortunately it will be great if you can put a microwave oven as you guys already have a small refrigerator it will be great so we can warm up the food. Thats all.
