The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The hotel room is clean, spacious and quiet. You can tell a good hotel because they think of the things a guest might have forgotten and prepare some spares to lend out in such an event. The location of the hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood, a short bus ride from the EU and close to many offices, so it’s a great place to stay for business and leisure. The tram stops outside.

This modern hotel more than exceeded our expectations. Our suite was comfortable, spacious, clean and bright. Breakfast was great.
I cannot rave enough about every single staff member. They’re very welcoming, friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional, and nothing was too much for them! A special shout out to Melissa!!!
We would definitely stay here again.

I was originally booked to stay for just two nights but due to storm Daragh ended up staying 4 nights.
Each day I had to extend the hotel staff were super helpful and went out of their way to extend the availability of my room. In the end 4 other people from my delegation (also trapped because of the storm) moved over to join me in L-Avenue.
The hotel is beautiful, each room in effect being a mini apartment.
The dining/lounge area is very relaxing and great to chill in the evening with colleagues, the bar is open until around 10pm.
As the hotel is only 58 rooms, there isn't a restaurant available onsite, however there is a street adjacent to the hotel with loads of restaurants (all 4*+ rated on google) of different varieties as well some local bars.
The location is a short tram/uber ride from the city centre, and in a good safe area of town.
All in all L-Avenue is highly recommended!
