Centrally located place. Very spacious with all the amenities. Dinning, grocery all walking distance. Beach is 1.5miles away . Disneyland 40min away. Downtown LA 40min away. Great home for all the family to enjoy.
The house is conveniently located at a corner in a residential neighborhood and main street. You could walk to restaurants as well as grocery stores.
please note some traffic noise can be heard inside and outside of the house. If you do not like living with city sounds, you might want to reconsider
your booking.

There is only FREE street parking. Parking is more accessible on main street.

Gardener comes on Thursdays or Fridays, they work in the front and back/side yards with lawn mower and leaf blowers.

love this cute house. Was perfect for my family out of town coming to visit. Super cozy, love how much was in the kitchen to help have good meals here.
Only downfall is no parking after 6pm, put if you are into bikes, uber, walking to beach, this is the perfect little house.
