Enjoy idyllic walks on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Relax in the beautiful garden or sting a head in the pool. The outdoor facilities at your disposal include sun loungers, a garden furniture, a table, chairs, a terrace and a barbecue (plancha). To welcome you like kings. This villa has a pleasant living space on two floors. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary facilities, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction and gas hobs, a coffee maker with "Dolce Gusto", a kettle and dinner at a table that can accommodate up to 6 people. Holding a laundry room with an American refrigerator, a washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an umbrella bed, a high chair... On the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with double bed 160, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with double bed in 140, a bedroom with two single beds in 80, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each room has reversible air conditioning. The toilets are separated at each level. Have fun with a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite channels (one in living room and one in the kitchen), a hi-fi channel, and internet access. Swimming pool dimensions: 11m x 7.20m, depth: 1m60 to 2m20Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services.A deposit of 500€ for the cleaning and 2000€ for the villa will be requested upon arrival (sums not collected or debited, as a guarantee).Free parking spaces are available right in front of the villa.
