Die Ausstattung war top und das Appartement sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein Highlight war der Balkon mit Sicht auf Hafen/Meer. Parkplatz in der Nähe war von Vorteil. Lage top, alles in der Nähe (Bäckerei, Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, Strand, Velovermietung).
Es gab nichts auszusetzen, wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Clean and nice. Extra 5-star to the property managern, he was very professional.
I don’t understand why someone renting out an apartment without an Wi-Fi service in 2025? Also a minus that the check out cleaning not is included.
I have several rental apartments my selves and all is included.

We absolutely loved our whole stay! It's a beautiful, extremely well equipped spacious apartment, very tastefully decorated in a classic style - modern and yet in keeping with the iconic architecture. It was a privilege to stay in one of these buildings which I rather hated some 35 years ago on a first brief visit but now with different, older eyes can really appreciate. Great views of the sea, of the harbour and of some other buildings designed by Balladur and his team. We mainly lived on the harbour front balcony, even on rainy days we were sheltered there, having tea and enjoying the views. They were the main reason we booked this place, but the apartment was lovely, too: Everything spotlessly clean, powerful shower, very comfortable beds and the nights absolutely quiet (apart from some seagulls softly muttering occasionally), even during the week-end. Lots of cutlery and plates to fill the dishwasher with, bags of detergent tablets, heaps of toilet paper, simply everything had been thought of. Collecting the keys in the agency about 1,5 km away was made very easy - many thanks to the whole team for the really nice welcome and all other (hardly needed) support!
Occasionally there was a smell in the upstairs bathroom that clearly came from elsewhere in the building and disappeared after a while.
