Country house located in the heart of Burgundy, in the Nivernais region between Nevers and the Morvan. It is in a hamlet of 5 Italian-style houses'orée du bois.
Maison spacieuse, chaleureuse et confortable.
Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent une grande cuisine aménagée, un grand salon avec vue sur la terrasse et une salle de bains avec douche à l'. At'étage, vous disposez d'an independent bedroom with a double bed and'une mezzanine ouverte avec un lit double. Les toilettes sont indépendantes.
La maison est située dans un environnement très naturel et calme. Le jardin arboré et clôturé s'opens onto the pastures, with cows in the summer in front of the house. A pretty water lily pond adorns the garden. You can enjoy your meals on the terrace with its pleasant view of the surrounding countryside, cook with the aromatic plants in the garden, sunbathe after a walk in the woods, or relax on the hammock.
You'll find a small supermarket (Maximarché) in Saint-Saulge (11 km) and small shops: bakery, chemist, butcher, café. You can also go to Corbigny (20 km) for more extensive shopping and to the market on Friday mornings. The first restaurants are 6 km away, south of'Étang de Baye. Plus haut, au bord de l', and next to the campsite there is a leisure centre (8 km) and a natural swimming area. Here you can hire canoes and pedalos. The Étang du Merle, 9 km away, is also a pleasant place to cool off, with a pretty little sandy beach where swimming is supervised in July and August. Country walks at your leisure.
