Appartement très bien situé à Nevers, idéal pour profiter du centre à pied. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la literie, la grande terrasse qui est un vrai plus ainsi que la pièce de vie qui est très spacieuse. La conciergerie a également été très réactive, ce qui est appréciable.
Quelques points mériteraient, cependant, d’être améliorés : Il manque un peu de rangements dans les chambres. Et certains équipements nécessitent d’être réparés ou remplacés : Par exemple le grand foyer de la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que le volet de la porte fenetre côté terrasse. La balayette des toilettes était cassée. Par ailleurs, l'appartement est sous-équipé côté vaisselle. Pour 6 personnes c'est un peu juste (5 assiettes par exemple). Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable avec un bon potentiel, à condition de corriger ces quelques détails

가격대비 최고의 숙소였습니다. 깨끗하고 넓은 공간에 주방 시설도 잘 갖추어져 있고, 세탁도 할 수 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 주변에 큰 마트들도 여럿 있어서 요리하기에도 좋았고 중심가와 기차역까지 갈 수 있는 버스가 숙소 바로 앞에 있어서 짐이 많아도 이동하기 쉬웠습니다. 넓은 테라스도 있어서 조용히 휴식을 취할 수 있었고 방 방마다 깨끗한 수건이 충분히 준비되어 있어서 매우 쾌적하게 지내다 올 수 있었습니다. 다음에 Nevers에 또 방문하게 된다면 다시 예약하고 싶은 곳입니다.
체크인시 소통이 조금 어려웠고 세탁세제가 조금 부족해서 아쉬웠습니다. 주방에 도구들이 잘 갖춰져 있었지만 도마가 없었고 기본 조리에 필요한 기름 등이 갖춰져 있다면 조금 더 편리 할 것 같았습니다. 그 밖에는 모두 훌륭 했습니다.

Le cendrier dans le balcon rempli de megos avec de la cendre sur la table et les fauteuils (pas très propre) Le chauffage de la salle de bain ne chauffe pas

L'emplacement proche du centre, la résidence récente ,sécurisé,et propre .Le parking en sous-sol ( un vrai +!). L'appartement est très spacieux,tout équipé ,propre et cosy ..on a adoré !
