wasn't expecting to carry luggage up and down so many stairs

The staff allowed us to efficiently and quickly change room because of a problem we had and each day a member of staff kept checking that everything was good with our change of room. It was good and professional management.
We had to change room as it smelt of dog and my wife has dog dander allergies.
On our second night there was large gaps of time between courses when we asked for no pause. The serving staff advised it was the kitchen. We found it too long, ie 1.5 hrs and still waiting for our dessert. We almost gave up. I would have done so but husband wanted his pudding! When we complained for the third time it came immediately.

Location was good
Very noisy. Since we had no sie condition in pur room we needed to keep the window open but had a lot of Noise late into the night
