The bed was super comfortable and no noise from corridors or outside traffic.
Carpets on main corridors were stained and worn. The windows on corridors were dirty and need cleaning.

Paid extra for river view. Not needed. It was nice but not super accessible for the extra price

Breakfast was overly crowded with conference or fair groups, which we did NOT LIKE.
The hotel had given no notice that their garage was not usable for non-conference hotel guests, and that one floor was shut off for renovation. There was no guidance about where to park in the neighborhood. Just some casual remarks at check-in. The drive-up to the hotel entrance was overcrowded with cars that were parked there. Real chaos.
