About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Larmor-Baden, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accommodate to 2 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open kitchen equipped, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and has Wi-Fi, we are waiting for you!
The housing exposed South is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, washing machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed. Bed linen is not provided (fitted sheet 140x190 and comforter cover 220 x 240, 2 pillow cases 60x60). Optional on request for 20 € (30 € with bathroom linen).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
The apartment is ideally located in the center of Larmor-Baden, in a very pleasant environment. The building is a former presbytery and has a common courtyard closed. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, sale of shellfish directly from the producers, pizza truck once a week...
Activities :
True "key to the Gulf", Larmor-Baden is an active marina. It is an important oyster farming center since it is one of the first in Southern Brittany. There is no lack of attractions.
- Tourist sites : Pier for boat tours in the Gulf of Morbihan, Gavrinis island and its cairn, Berder island accessible on foot at low tide, Vannes (former city of the Dukes of Brittany), the Quiberon peninsula (between wild coast and beautiful sandy beaches)...
- Sporting activities : Departure of hiking circuits, fishing on rocks, sea activities : kayak, paddle...
- Cultural visits : the megaliths road, the castle of Suscinio...
- Gastronomic heritage: seafood, fish, pancakes and cakes, Kouign Amann, ...
- Events : Market 2 times a week and a night market from mid-July to mid-August, the Gulf week in May....
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the residence: 23 places at the foot of the residence, and a larger parking lot also free at 400m.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus stop at 100 meters.
- Nearest train station: Vannes and Auray train stations located about 20 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport located about 50 minutes away by car.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Sheets 20€ and towels 10€.
- Tea towels are provided.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). Price 40€.

While the location of the apartment was suitable a couple of the facilities fell short of our expectations. The bed is very small and I would not class it as a standard size double bed I am less than 1.8M tall and my feet hanged out of the bottom of the bed. The shower needs to be repaired as the overhead outlet did not work properly due to a leak in the shower hose below. There was a coffee machine but you required filters to use it, surely a cafetière would be more practical?
